Returns & Exchanges

At Fenwick, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Fenwick account and select the order you wish to return, or use our guest portal to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, making sure to remove or cover any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
